Some of the things to look for in selecting a possible penny stock are the following:
Does the company have any debt? Are there no debentures that convert into equity, thereby diluting the shares you purchased.
Are the Insiders Invested In the company, i.e. open market purchases
Media prices are falling, so advertising becomes more profitable. The combination of low prices on media and weak competition gives companies the opportunity to cheaply grab market share.
Investors also should note, is the company reachable? What are the longer term plans for the health and growth of the Company.
